$50 · Electric Sauna heater

I installed this sauna heater by attaching a dryer plug connection to the heater cord. The sauna was in the unfinished basement that also had washer/dryer as well. I framed in an 8x8 stud room and put tongue & groove cedar on the interior along with a bench and door. We don't have the lava rocks anymore, they go into the top cradle and water is dumped over them for a sudden burst of hot heat. We had an outdoor shower, cold water and this is the way to cool down.
