We have been servicing the Cowichan Valley for seven years. We have the facilities and shop tooling to handle any job. From oil and tire changes to suspension valving and engine rebuilds we do it all! We take pride in our work and take the time to ensure it is done right. The right candidate must be energetic, dynamic and results-oriented with a proven track record of production and excellence in customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities Deliver a high level of customer service Interact, respond and follow up with customers promptly in a courteous and efficient manner Sell a diversified line of products via phone, email and over-the-counter Utilize our computer system to look up parts for repairs and customer orders Ensure customers parts orders are accurately filled Effectively communicate and understand product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers Work closely with our Technicians at providing service estimates in a timely fashion Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude Work effectively as part of the team Full time / Part Time position available Competitive salary and bonus structure provided. Shop hours are Tuesday to Saturday - 10am - 6pm
