Property Caretaker

This is a live on site position. Looking for an individual or couple interested in caretaking at an industrial property. You must have your own RV to place on site. Hydro and propane are provided for you. Successful candidate will be responsible for several duties which include but are not limited to the following: -weekday evenings (after 6pm) and weekend security required -grounds maintenance; mowing grass, and general yard clean up -snow removal and landscaping A criminal record check and a driver's abstract will be required by the successful applicant. Compensation to be negotiated.
