RV Service Advisor

We are currently on the look-out for a new team member to join our service team as a full-time Service Advisor extraordinaire. Are you organized? Do you like to interact with people? Do you have excellent paperwork skills? This is an awesome position for someone considering a career change or just looking for a new challenge. Your role is vital as you will offer a direct line of communication between our service team and our customers. (Remember we mentioned that you need to be "organized" - this is why). You will work alongside our existing advisors to ensure that you receive amazing training. What will you do? Your role is important! You will schedule service and delivery appointments. You will work with our customers to determine problems with their units and provide our service techs with accurate repair descriptions. Most importantly...you will always take the time to "listen". We have great customers and offer great product but, let's be honest, there will be challenging times when fun might leave the building. You got this! Stay patient and remember to listen and hear what the root of the issue is and before you know it, things will be back on track. We are looking to fill this position ASAP so don't be shy.
