The furniture is used for training purposes and price reflects the time our technicians spend as well as the actual costs of products used to restore each piece. This translates to significant cost savings over our in home retail repair services. We do not warranty reconditioned items because of the uncertain nature of their previous life, however any reconditioning information can be made available upon request.
