I am looking for a VIU student to rent my lower level, furnished bedroom, which is available May 1st. My ocean view home is modern (only 9 years old), clean and bright with the lower level being a walk-out basement. Included in the rent, is the lower level full bathroom and living room with cable TV, shared with another student (private bedrooms with queen sized beds in each bedroom). Shared kitchen and laundry are on the main level. Walking distance (just walk through beautiful Collery Dam Park) to VIU. Parking available. Rent includes all utilities. Damage deposit required.
