We are a responsible, respectful and quiet family of 5 (with 3 steady incomes) that come with excellent work, rent, and home references. We've been living at our current house in Nanoose Bay for 3.5 years but due to our landlord selling the house we have until April 30th to find a new home. However, we are open to later moving dates if needed. We would prefer a 3+ (preferably 4) bed, 1.5+ bath long-term house that is pet-friendly. We have a well-behaved senior cat (licences and fixed - were also prepared to put down pet deposit if required). As we have been homeowners in the past, we have no problem with regular upkeep of the house and yard maintenance (love gardening). We can go up to $2500-2600 max for rent.
