Full time Administrative Assistant needed

RE/MAX of Nanaimo Property Management is currently looking for a permanent, full time, Administrative Assistant. The individual will be responsible for maintaining and managing the administrative duties in a busy property management office, assisting and supporting team members. Organized, strong attention to detail with efficient follow-up skills, some bookkeeping and general office administration. Must also possess a keen sense of customer service, ability to work within a team, multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment. Requirements: · Excellence in delivering customer care · Able to create, maintain and follow systems and use Microsoft software · Driven towards constant improvement and collective success · Ability to problem-solve, excellent attention to detail and highly-organized · Professional standards with impeccable phone mannerisms · Must have a valid BC Driver License · Experience Preferred Salary: $18.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: Safety protocols and procedures are in place within our office
