Responsibilities: * Consult clients to assess needs and recommend insurance solutions. * Prospect and generate leads via referrals, networking, and community engagement. * Present customized policies from multiple carriers. * Manage policy applications, underwriting, and reviews. * Ensure compliance with Insurance Council of BC regulations. * Stay updated on industry trends and products.Qualifications: * Valid LLQP certification (or a plan to obtain) * Sales or financial planning experience preferred but not required. * Strong communication, analytical, and self-motivation skills. * High school diploma; post-secondary in business/finance an asset. * Reliable vehicle for client meetings.Compensation (No Guarantees): First-Year Commissions: 50-70% of annualized premium Renewal Commissions: 2-10% of annual premium for residual income. Bonuses: Performance-based, $1,000-$5,000 annually (if targets met). Earnings: Entry-Level (1-2 years): $40,000-$70,000/year. Experienced (3+ years): $100,000-$200,000+/year.
