Interior/Exterior painter

THE PAINTING SEASON IS AMONG US!!! MCR Painting Inc is going into their 7th season of painting, and will be looking to fill a variety of positions. Please send us your resume! We are always looking for talented and enthusiastic people! Our current sites/ locations, are Tofino, Campbell River, Duncan, and Nanimo. Preparation Labourer $16-$20/Hour This roll is vital to our success in the final product, and your gateway to be becoming a great painter. Wage is dependent on your previous work history.  Masking tubs, windows, and any other substrates needed to be protected from paint.  Caulking, and filling with various kinds of fillers/sealants.  Sand walls, and trims to ensure proper adhesion, and removing defects. Spray Applicator $25-$30/Hour You must have a Minimum of 3 years experience.  Knowledge of Graco machines, and their working parts  Product knowledge, and the ability to spray different coatings  High production of self motivation, and organizational skills. Painter $25-$30/Hour You must be organized, clean, and productive.  Cutting walls- must be free of wavy cuts  Rolling walls with out flashing or zebra lines  Product knowledge, and proper application.  Identification of flaws before hand that will affect finish  Rolling of doors, and trims  Communication with team Red Seal Painter $35+/Hour You must have 10 years, and proven work history.
