Awesome condition , going on e-bay for between 300-400 dollars for all. The booklet with Mike doing a most muscular shot is Personally signed by Mike himself. Mikes signature doesn't show up on the photo very well, but in person you can see it really good. The course was purchased here in Nanaimo when Mike Mentzer came and did a seminar at the old Freddie's Gym on Old Victoria RD. that use to be called Sunset Square mall years ago .
