Has full hook-ups, water, power (50 amp) and septic. This is not a trailer park but a private residence. Would prefer newer trailer (less than 10years old), but definitely no eye sores and must be insured. Because of proximity to the road you will be expected to keep the site neat and clean. Must be non-smokers. (This includes e-cigarettes, vaping and medical marijuana) . Looking for a quite or retired person or couple, Will consider only well behaved dogs Pad is too small to allow for out buildings and parking is for only one vehicle. Price includes high speed internet, and cable TV. The power is metered and charged on a per use basis. $800/month
