January 2nd - 23rd 2019 Wednesdays 4:30pm-6:00pm $60 for full 4 week series or $20 drop in Prenatal yoga helps you adapt to the physical changes of pregnancy while preparing you mentally and physically for childbirth. Hatha yoga poses, breathing exercises and meditation are combined to increase flexibility, strength and relaxation. No yoga experience necessary. Drop ins are welcome if room permits.
