Position: Crew Leader We are looking for a full-time Crew Leader to join our exterior cleaning team. You will lead a small team, drive a company vehicle with equipment to job sites, ensure work quality and safety, and interact with clients daily. Ideal Candidate - Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (up to three stories). - A team player who enjoys working in small groups (2-4 people). - Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results. - Enjoys working outdoors and appreciates a flexible schedule (time-off requests always approved with two weeks' notice).
