Was running my homelab off this using vSphere 6.5 (running ~13 VMs) Case: Fractal Design R4 XL CPU: Xeon E3-1230 V2 MB: Supermicro X9SCA-F (w/dedicated BMC NIC and 2x1GB NICs) RAM: 32GB ECC DDR3-1333 (MEM-DR380L-HL01-EU13) PSU: Seasonic Platinum 660W (modular) Extras: Intel Pro/1000 Quad Port 1GB NIC, eSATA Backplate, CD/DVD Burner Runs very quiet. No software/operating system or hard drives are included. If you aren't familiar, the BMC allows you to control the server remotely over the network as if you had a keyboard/mouse connected to it and were sitting right in front of it. The BMC also allows you to power on, off and reboot the computer as long as the server is getting power and the network is up. Very useful in the event your power fails while you're not home and you want to remotely power the server back on. More images can be provided upon request
