Fully enclosed heavy duty cage on wheels. Inlcudes the roof panel and a gate with latch. The base on wheels was specifically made for the pen so it fits perfectly inside. Pen is in excellent shape and had never been left put in the rain. Was used as a locked tool storage in our garage but would make a good dog pen, goat, bird, pen.
