$2,200 · WANTED: Pet friendly rental home

Hello, we are a married working couple searching for a peaceful place to rent with a yard that will be welcoming of our 2 dogs and cat(indoor). A bit about us: After 8 years in our little house, our landlord is sadly having to sell and we’re on the hunt to find a new home that would suit us somewhat long term (2+ years). We come with a great reference from our current landlord which will include our pets. We’re also happy to provide employer and neighbour references. Our pets are wonderful. They’re well behaved, house trained and loyal. They’re our family and are always well taken care of (No free roaming or alone for long periods) The dogs will only really bark when someone comes and knocks at the door. But are very very friendly. We consider ourselves to be good respectful tenants and like to take care of our home. In our current space we’ve built and tended to a wonderful garden and would love to have the opportunity to continue having an outside space for ourselves and our dogs to enjoy. Growing veggies and flowers has become a big part of our life, we think we would fit in well on a rural property where we have our own little space to make beautiful. Our budget is $2200 Looking for Feb 1st or 15th Anywhere in Nanaimo and surrounding areas. 2 bedroom is ideal but could do a 1 bedroom depending on size/storage.
