Professional grade rooftop indoor/outdoor condensing unit that is made for all weather conditions - rain - hail- sleet - snow. this unit will do it all. Indoor 2 fan evaporator coil with digital temp controller and solenoid valve built in for precise temp controls. Self-closing door. Under 10/amps to run the whole unit. Unit is already disassembled and ready for pick up (This is how I bought it). I originally bought it used for a pub we built just after covid. I never installed it as I ended up buying a slightly larger one that maximized our available footprint so this walk-in was never assembled.
