NON SMOKING Suite for F. - Self contained or shared ?

Hello, I am a senior on limited income, looking for an affordable and quiet place in Nanaimo, I;m open to ideas. If you work out of town, I could make your placce look "lived in" when your away and even take care of your pets. I am well suited to a basement suite where I'm there for a senior if needed, to hear if they fall or have an emergency. I have First Aid/CPR, Criminial records check for vulnerable sector, TB test, Flu shot, Covid booster as well as Foodsafe and WHMIS, and have a reference from my current rental of 7+ yrs. My suite will be taken out to extend the familys living space. I enjoy gardening, yardwork & love pets. Could help with cooking, cleaning, errands, etc. in consideration for a break in rent and would love some company after all the Covid isolation. Non smoking only (allergic).
