$950 · Looking for roomate in fully furnished bedroom with own 1/2 bath

AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY AT PRORATED COST! 😊 We are looking for a roomate (preferably female) but will definitely consider male aswell. The room is fully furnished with bed, with 3 drawers in the bed frame, retractable desk with lots of storage room, 4 drawer dresser, bed side table and small tv.( it is decorated for a young girl in the pics because we were going to be housing an international student but that didn’t work out for this year. And not all the furniture is in the pics) We are a family of 4 all of our bedrooms are upstairs. The room rental is the only room downstairs. So very private. Has its own half bath, full bathroom upstairs for showers or baths shared with our 2 kids. We have our own ensuite in the master bedroom. Your room rental would include full access to kitchen, living space, laundry, garage for storage, deck, huge upper, lower cabinet and large drawer. We will clear out a shelf in the fridge and freezer as well.. if you feel that’s not enough room you are welcome to put a fridge or mini fridge in the garage. You are welcome to use our dishes and cutlery but we do have 2 kids so, most of the time the dishes are being used or are in the dish washer. Person renting needs to be either working full time, or a student and be okay with our small dog. We will put a doggy gate at the top of the stairs so she can’t come downstairs and scratch on your door. Room comes with Shaw cable hookups HBO, Crave, Disney+, Netflix and Apple TV aswell for your own private tv watching of course you are welcome to watch tv in the living room if you wish (if you can pry the remote from my sons hands lol just kidding (kinda) and high speed wifi. Renter will need to pay 1/5 hydro. No pets. No smoking/drugs/party’s/ or over night guest (unless discussion and approval with us first) we are a family that mostly keeps to themselves, we are very reasonable, friendly and easy going so looking for someone that is similar. There is a parking spot in the driveway until we get our second vehicle then you will have to park on the road.(if you have a vehicle) We are about a 1-2 minute drive up extension rd. There is a bus stop just down the street. There is an apparent bus route that goes to VIU a bus goes by every hour and I believe it goes different goes other places aswell (look up bus schedule online) if you have a vehicle the drive to VIU is only an 8 minute drive.
