1973 Trillium travel trailer class 1300 in good shape. Good condition, solid frame (welder-inspected). Water-tested, no leaks. New int/ext paint including chip-resistant paint on lower front, new window screening, new window crank handles) new flooring, new 4 in. thick dense foam cushions/coverings including bunkbed. Replaced curtains and door gasket. Bellyband and window caulking replaced. Marine battery recently tested with good charge (have receipt). Updated electrical wiring throughout. All running and brake lights working. Tires, including spare in good shape. New sturdy step, 4 new jacks, new trailer dolly and connector for vehicle lights included. No furnace, fridge/stove or water tank (we have original sink if want)
