This has been an awesome unit for our family. It is very clean and in good working order but would also be a great project for the right handyman! Pros: Everything works (except for the furnace) New awning in 2023 Roof was resealed in 2023 New water pump in 2024 Comes with equalizer hitch 2 propane tanks Sleeps 5-6 Very clean Propane or electric Fridge Microwave Hot water New vent cover Outdoor shower with hot and cold water Cons: -The floor is soft in a couple areas, we have lived with it for a couple of years. -Before resealing there was A small puncture in the roof and we didn’t know about it until it was too late, the front left ceiling has some water damage. Since resealing it has dried and not gotten any worse. -there are a few blemishes on the outside
